Q. What are your products made of?
A. The majority our creative design styles (98%) are made with fine quality SILK.
Q. Are they handmade?
A. 100% handmade. All our beadwork requires intricate hand beading: stitch-by-stitch and bead-by-bead. Any style with embroidery work is hand stitched.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. In general, we ship UPS GROUND (5-7 days) or post office PRIORITY mail (2-3 days) at $25.00 per dress, unless otherwise specified by the customer. The customer pays all freight costs.
Q. Where can I go to see your women's apparel?
A. You can either visit nearby stores (check for a store location near you) or visit us at www.danzafashion.com.
Q. What sizes do you have?
A. Our regular sizes are 2 to 14.
Q. Do you do custom orders?
A. All dresses can be special ordered in sizes 18 to 24 with an additional $90.00 charge; it will be applied to each large size dress.
Allow 8-10 weeks for delivery.
Absolutely NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS on special orders.
Q. Do you accept personal checks?
A. No. Credit Cards, Cashier Checks or Money Order only.
Q. Are there restocking fees?
A. Yes. A $25.00 restocking fees is required on returns. Please read our return policies closely.
Q. What are your return policies?
A. All returns must be approved by DANZA. A return must be requested within 5 calendar days of receipt of merchandise.
All return freight costs are to be paid by the customer.
No credit will be issued without the original invoice enclosed in the Package.
No returns on SALE merchandise.
FULL refund up to 30 days from postmarked receipt of goods. NO Returns will be allowed after 30 days. Shipping costs are NOT refundable. No credit will be issued without the original invoice enclosed in the Package. Styles must not have been worn; all original tags attached.
Q. Are shipping costs refundable?
A. Shipping Costs are NOT Refundable.
Q. What if the package is damaged in transit?
A. If you receive a package that has been damaged, DO NOT discard the box or the contents. You will need to call us between 9am-6pm Mondays through Friday. We will file a claim with UPS.
Q: Do you deliver Internationally?
A: Yes. It must be prepaid. Please contact us directly via phone or e-mail to arrange an international order.
