As intricate as its beading is, so too is the step-by-step creative designs and manufacturing behind a Danza dress. Research, trend forecasts, and creative explorations are combined with talent, knowledge, and experience to arrive at new dress design, fabric selection until, detail and styling, the approved sample must pass another tough test–a review by all of the company sales representatives. After a Danza fashion line debuts at major buyers' markets in the nation's fashion capitals, factory orders mat still be ubject to very specific modifications, updates, and measurement corrections before final production.

Danza's collections go before retailers who attend major trade show in las Vegas, New York City, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, Miami, and San Francisco. In addition, sales representatives visit select fashion retailers in person throughout the U.S. to show samples. Ms. Lucado brings more than 30 years experience to her work, as a designer, production manager, technical support manager, and business operations vice president. She has handled everything from jeans, knits, sweater, coordinates, and blouses to active wear, evening wear, and dresses for evening, special occasion, and prom dresses propelled her into the world of hand beading, which has in turn helped her company to thrive.

In the immediate future, the company intends to offer more choices of colors within each style, while adding new items with fresh design ideas and the signature styling and classic touches of bead decoration that has given Ms. Lucado and Danza an enthusiastic following in the social occasion fashion industry.
